From where is my parcel sent?
We have a registered office in London, but our main warehouse is in Denmark. From there, we dispatch all orders. Generally, your order travels from Denmark to the UK via Germany.
And not to worry: all products are delivered duty paid; you need not pay extra for customs clearance or import taxes.
What is the delivery time?

What is the status of my order?
You receive an order confirmation directly after placing your order and an invoice + tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. This way, you will know when to expect your parcel.
If you need more information, please contact our customer service. We’d be happy to check the status of your order.
Can I add anything to / change my order?
Sorry, once the order is confirmed, we can no longer add any items or change items. Our order process is fully automated. For security reasons, we cannot alter the amount we withdraw from your card or PayPal account. Therefore, it is also not possible to bulk multiple orders in one shipment.
Can I order samples?
You may request up to 5 fabric swatches. Please send your request to [email protected], and make sure to include your full address, so we know where to deliver them. Shipping to mainland UK only.
