Heat them in the microwave and they will stay warm for a long time. Use them to ease aches and pains or as an alternative to a comforting hot water bottle. Store the cherry stones in a dry place. 500 g of cherrystones carry a volume of about 1 litre. Depending on the quantity of cherry stones and the micro oven temperature, the recommended heating time can vary. 500 g of cherry stones should be heated for no longer than 2 minutes, 600-750 W. A bit of testing and patience is required in order to achieve the preferred temperature.
