1.Cut 2 pieces of fabric, each measuring 105 cm x 180 cm. 2.Cut 1 piece of Fibersoft batting, measuring 105 cm x 180 cm. 3.Lay the Fibersoft batting on the wrong side of one piece of fabric. Secure with pins. If you like, you can use safety pins. 4.Sew Fibersoft batting and fabric together (1 cm seam allowance). 5.Place the second piece of fabric on top with the right sides of the fabric pieces facing. Pin these 3 layers together. If you like, you can use safety pins. 6.Sew the pieces together. Sew over the previous stitching line and leave about a 30 cm gap for turning 7.Remove pins. Mitre the corners and turn your blanket to the right side. 8.Sew gap with small invisible stitches to close. 9.Optional: Decorate with ribbon or make 4 tassels (DIY8017) and sew them to the corners of your quilted blanket.
