Adult one size: Cotton lace, 110 cm/Pleat with lace, 83 cm – gather to 45 cm.2.Cut the lace for the collar in accordance with the measurement stated above. Fold in the raw ends, first 0.3 cm and then 0.5 cm, Press and sew. Sew a gathering thread along the top edge of the lace, and gather to the measurement stated above. Attach bias tape: Unfold the bias tape. Pin it to the wrong side of the lace. At one end of the lace, the bias tape should extend 5-6 cm beyond the end of the lace. At the other end, the bias tape should extend only 1 cm beyond the end of the lace. Sew on the bias tape. At the end where the bias tape extends 1 cm, fold the bias tape around the end of the lace. See fig. 1.3.Then fold the bias tape around the seam and sew firmly into place. Make sure that the bias tape covers the first line of stitching and continue sewing along the lace and beyond (i.e. along the 5-6 cm tail of bias tape at the other end). Fold the end to form a loop. Sew firmly on the wrong side. See fig. 2. Adjust the loop size to fit the button. Trim off any excess bias tape. Sew the button firmly onto the right side of the bias tape at the other end.
