Sew it yourself: Activity book for baby
1.You will need. 
2.Divide the design piece into 2 pieces of 39 cm length and 1 piece of 20.5 cm, the height is 22 cm. 
3.Cut a piece of fabric for the front and back 39 x 22 cm. For a page on which you want to design a motif yourself, you must cut 1 piece of fabric 20.5 x 22 cm. Cut 4 pieces of batting 37 x 20 cm. 
4.Cut a motif in heat transfer and iron it on to the side. You can also attach designs cut from fabric with vlisofix, see DIY8044. 
5.Sew the single side from the design piece together with the single side with your own design, with a 1 cm seam allowance. Press the seam apart. 
6.Attach batting to the back of the fabric . Place the batting 1 cm from the edge of the fabric. 
7.Sew around the motifs with a narrow zigzag. For the printed design pieces, you can stitch with small stitches. 
8.You can add various ribbons and other decorations as desired on the different sides. The elements are sewn firmly so that baby does not have the opportunity to peel them off. 
9.Place the sides right sides together and sew with a 1 cm seam. Leave a 5-7 cm hole of about 5-7 cm for turning. Turn right side out. 
10.Press the edge, hand sew the hole with small invisible stitches and stitch a 0.5 cm seam all the way around to close the hole. Place the pages on top of each other and stitch down in the middle.
