1.Sew the first horizontal row together with 1 cm seam allowance. Press all seam allowances to the same side. 
2.Sew the second horizontal row together with 1 cm seam allowance and press the seams to the opposite side. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have sewn all your horizontal rows. 
3.Lay the first and second horizontal rows right sides facing. Make sure that the seams flush precisely and that the seam allowances on each row are pressed in opposite directions. Secure with pins (optional). Stitch rows together (1 cm seam allowance). 
4.Press the seams flat. Lay the third horizontal row on top of the second row right sides facing. Repeat step 3 until you have sewn all your horizontal rows together. Now you can place your pattern on your very own patchwork fabric and cut out.
