Felt in sheets is a wonderful material to work with. It's soft and light, firm and stable – perfect for many creative hobby projects.  

 

DIY – mostly for children 

There's no doubt that felt is popular among children for cutting and pasting decorations – e.g., for the Christmas tree, carnival twig or troll branch for Easter.  

 

Or use the felt to create small and large felt flags for birthdays and table coasters for Christmas presents. You can also use the felt to design storage baskets and boxes – either loosely held together with ribbon, glued with a hot glue gun, or assembled with buttons and studs.
