SCHMETZ Jersey needle, also known as a ballpoint needle, is ideal for sewing T-shirts and other projects with jersey, knit, and stretch fabrics. The medium ballpoint tip needle avoids damaging the material fibers by pushing them aside and stitching in the gaps between the stitches, preventing runs and damaging the fabric.

If the fabric is very elastic and skipping occurs, it is recommended to switch to a stretch needle.
