1.Cut 4 x egg whites using the template. Cut 4 x Thermolam using the template. Cut 4 x egg yolks using the template. Place the yolk on top of the egg white with a layer of Thermolam between them. Sew the yolk along the raw edge. Sew almost all the way around. Leave the needle in the fabric and fill a little fibre filling into the yolk. Continue around the edge and into a spiral - see template. Place two eggs back to back. Stitch 0.3 cm from the edge through all layers and all around the edge. Overlock/zig zag around the edge to squeeze the seams flatter. Hand- or machine-sew long quilt stitches around the egg white - see template. Cut 2 x 15 cm tape for the strap. Fold the tape in half, place it on the back of the egg white and sew a row of stitching 0.3 cm from the edge - see template. 2.Attach bias tape: Cut 2 x 75 cm bias tape. Unfold the bias tape. Pin it to the edge along one side of the egg white. The bias tape should extend about 1 mm over the fabric edge - see figure 1. 3.Start sewing along the fold about 3 cm from the end of the bias tape. Sew nearly all the way around. Leave a 6 cm gap - see figure 2. 4.Cut the bias tape so that there is a 2 cm overlap - see figure 3. 5.Sew the ends of the bias tape together, iron the seam flat - see figure 4. 6.Sew the remaining 6 cm of the bias tape - see figure 5. 7.Fold the bias tape band and sew it to the other side - see figure 6.
