SCHMETZ Jeans needle, also known as Denim needle, is designed with a special blade construction that prevents bent and broken needles as well as skipped stitches. The Jeans needle is ideal for penetrating thick woven fabrics, denim, and quilts. It has a medium ballpoint and a regular eye.
The Jeans needles belong to the system 130/705 H-J, which has a flat shank and fits all common household sewing machines.
Remember to change the needle frequently, as all needles wear at the tip during sewing. Damaged or worn needles can result in broken or frayed threads, skipped stitches, uneven stitches, wrinkled or damaged fabrics, and noise from the sewing machine.
