    1.Cut 1 piece of fabric. Sew the centre back seam of the hat (0.7 cm seam allowance). Leave a gap for turning. Press.

    2.Fold the hat as shown in illustration. Sew the tips together at the top. Press.

    3.Fold the hat and stitch the sharp ends together. Adjust along the seam line. Press.

    4.Turn to right sides. Stitch to close gap. Fold hat in half.

  7. 7.Sew the elastic band to the lower edge of the hat about 0.5 cm above the edge of the fabric. Sew carefully over seams and pins.
