1.Pick a skein of wool and wrap the yarn around the styrofoam ring. Make sure you wrap the ting tightly and you place the strands close together, to ensure full coverage. You can secure the end with a small pin or tie a knot. 
2.Add a small bead and a sequin to a pin (bead first) to form flowers. 
3.Pin the flowers to your wrapped ring. 
4.Finish with a small bow in satin ribbon.
