1.The finished edge is approximately 3.6 cm wide. Cut the interlining 3 cm larger than the quilted fabric on all sides. Cut a piece of fabric for the backing that is 8.5 cm larger than the quilted fabric on all sides. 
2.Fold/press the outer edge of the backing 1 cm to the wrong side. 
3.Fold and pin the folded edge into place. Start at one side or end. Sew the edging firmly with small tacking stitches. 
4.Fold the corner as shown in the drawing. 
5.Fold the edge of the pressed fold. 
6.Fold and pin the edging into place,Then sew with small tacking stitches.
